Apricot kernel – B17

… contains the highest concentration of naturally occurring vitamin B17, also known as amygdalin or laetrile, which was discovered in 1952 by Dr. Ernst Krebs. The names are interchangeable, but there are some differences: amygdalin is a natural substance that is found not only in apricot, apple, plum, cherry, pear and flax seeds but also in natural nuts such as almonds, macadamia nuts, but also in millet, buckwheat, clover, while is a laetrile concentrated, purified form of amygdalin developed for use in the laboratory and in cancer therapies. Scientific research shows that cancer is caused by a lack of vitamin B17.
